The location is good however the hotel is horrible. It caters to mostly transients so maintenence is highly ignored. Rooms are filthy and in our case the tub and toilets were not sealed so we had constant water leaks. The inside door handle came off as it was secured with electrical tape. There were several vehicles on jackstands in the parking lot while tenants worked on them. I could go on and on ...these pictures tell part of the story!

Moved from Utah to work in Miami and this place has been home for the moment till I get approve for my house and let me say rates are a bit high but i expected that in a city like Miami my room is quiet and has what I need for the next month staff is helpful when I need linen .needs better breakfast .

Booked a room for one night before a cruise. The extended stay was horrible. We got in the room, and it smelled like mildew. When we went to the bathroom, the tub was filthy, stained, and had mildew. The furniture was broken. We requested a room change unsuccessful. The staff was not helpful. We requested a refund and are still disputing it three weeks later. Don't do this to yourself. Pick a different hotel.

Business trip to Miami for the weekend had a good experience. Clean spacious room. Kitchen amenities all included . Small breakfast but not that big of a deal. Friendly people as well with free parking . I think I got everything. I say a solid 10 for the decent stay.

Stayed during my aviation training and let me tell you rooms aren’t the newest and the breakfast was pretty basic but atleast I got service, I wasn’t bothered, and had a safe place to sleep .Staff was helpful and I would recommend this hotel to my colleagues
